Great shot, Bad Fish. But just to get back to hermit crabs, and in keeping with your much travelled life I’m sure you have seen these homes for jet-setting crabs: http://www.boredpanda.com/3d-printed-hermit-crab-shells-architecture-aki-inomata/

Say it ain’t so! (I can’t even watch nature shows because I feel too bad for the prey!) And that lizard is so scary awful.

Is that a naked turtle?

Oh dear. You and me both., except my lizard was the one who got eaten, and the bird did the eating. Mind you, my lizard was much smaller and the bird was much bigger. 🙂 The circle of life. 😕

What amazing camouflage! It’s uncanny how that giant black and red lizard just disappears into the background like that. No wonder the bird didn’t see it coming. It’s like a ninja rhinoceros concealed behind a daisy.

I love this photo it’s almost like a horror movie when you know something awful us about to happen. Great shot!

Absolutely stunning photo. Marine iguanas are so beautiful, but not easy to capture on sands that are contrasting in color. And with the bird, and his back turned. Fantastic.

But I know precisely what you’re thinking…that shot would be so much better with a just a little out of focus bridge in the background.

Hahaha I think you’re missing my bridge and I shall post it again soon for you!

Koko, thanks for hanging out and commenting here. In India, “high-speed wi-fi” is like snail speed wi-fi, so I couldn’t watch your whole video of gate building, but the music was cool, and the end gate!

Thank you for watching what you could. Gosh and we here complain about how slow the internet is! 🙂 Thank you for liking the music. I’m pretty proud of my kid! Happy New Year! Koko

Right…and everything really is relative, uh? I am music-challenged, so I can see why you are proud of your kid!
