Right. I’m still sitting at home, not writing, not buying planes tickets, not planning, not even being bothered to do anything…except apply for Social Security, which is no cakewalk.
Still, I happened across this Bloggers Bash Awards competition, and noticed that some of our FAVORITE bloggers and commenters have been nominated. Please check out the competitions and VOTE!! I was not nominated, but I’m pretty sure it’s simply because they did not have a “Best Fish” award.
This is it. The waiting is finally over.
The Bloggers Bash Awards are now open for voting.
We had a HUGE number of nominations, over 350, so thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate.
Voting Closes June 9th at 12pm. The winners will be announced on June 11th at the Bash. If you can’t make it then a winners post will go live at 5:15pm on June 11th.
Choose carefully, you can only vote ONCE per category. There are 10 awards, (so it’s a long post) make sure you vote in them all.

How can they POSSIBLY have a poll without you in it! It must be null and void. I have to go and look because it seems I’m in there somewhere. A lovely lady I often meet in the Algarve told me it was happening. You could storm the show in London? I’d love to see that. Perhaps you could do your Elvis impersonation? I’d come along for that… no, I’m misleading you. 😦 Hope you find yourself soon.

Out of all those lists, I knew one person. Weird. But had they bothered to look around OUR hood, they’d have found some amazing blogs to put in and then I could vote. And YES, you should have been in there… Best Pal, Best informational blog, and I didn’t see any best for GREATEST PHOTOGRAPHER, which you’d win!
SO, you got de blues… Well, you’ll know I’m sitting right there next to you, except I already have Social Security. I’m not at all feeling interested in anything but a small archipelago in Virtual, and Paradise Bay, of course. I need to be outside, and it’s just now (May 25) turned nice enough to go out.
Think I’m gonna take time off from everything except feeding the monsters.
Cheer up, Dude. You’ll do fine as a senior citizen! But where are you going to live? Inquiring Fims want to know.

Well now, like Gilly, I am a bit nervous to go have a look see. So many bloggers so little browsing time. But, like the cat, curiosity will get the better of me. Fancy no fish award, what are they missing!!! Social security!!! Well I guess your next trip will be how to survive in India on $10 a day… Going off into cyber space now, let me know when dinner is ready!!!

Thanks for letting me know I had been nominated to Best Pal category. I have no idea on how I got there. I understood that is made of the bloggers from the UK, which is not my case. Interesting.
I didn’t know many bloggers there and guess they don’t know me either.
