Cool…I like that first one, too. But then, I like the third one, also. If there is a book…I’m hoping!!

Those penguins bring back such good memories of my recent trip to Prague – I fell in love with them while we sat on the terrace at the bar just by them, sipping away on our cold ciders 🙂

the penguins bothered me for some reason…so out of place, but the beer by the river…that’s another story

Cannt agree more, i used to live in Prague for a year. Beer by the river is one of my greatest memory(ies) 🙂

Alison, thanks. I like these too. And for some reason, really like the mono-ness of the tree shot. And yeah, the quote is very cool.

Since we all seem to be voting on best pics, I’ll say that #4 was the obvious winner – the blonde cheerleader with blue eyes, a button nose and straight white teeth. But #3 was the shy gal that on closer inspection was the true beauty. Now, why I chose this analogy with high school girls is beyond me! But it just jumped into my head as I looked at these a few times; perhaps I am reliving my teenaged social anxiety this morning.

Lex….yes, I know what you mean. I feel the same about that shot, love it. It’s like her beauty is hiding behind those over-sized horn-rimmed glasses she wears!!

Breath taking photos. I love all three. They should be in a famous gallery, or in a Big Bucks contest at least!
They could each easily be the centerpiece for an entire room in a mansion somewhere.
Oh, uncurl your toes. I’m just trying to say the are really some of the most beautiful photos I’ve ever seen.
Makes me want to make beaded jewelry using these colors! WOW. Seriously!

You know, I have to agree. Someone should put them in a famous gallery some place!! Or in Starbucks in Hawaii. We could frame them with your beaded frames!!

I love the colors of the first photo and the tranquility of the third one! The first photo literally made me give out a sigh of bliss upon seeing it… those colors, the strips of tgem…thanks for starting my day well 🙂
I am a triple fire sign, so water is hugely important to me… I love living near a body of water, being in it, on it and having it as a calming cooling visual. Therefore the quote by Eisely and Da Vinci, really speak to me!

woo hoo – and I am not sure why that is not on a “age” somewhere – seemed to have lost my badfish 3 and avocado too – !
by the way – just bought the cutest avocado dish server – shaped like an avocado and holds three mashed up ones.
with a ceramic spoon too.
and was bummed that avocados are now 1.50 each – but then I thought about how much you have to fork over for them and realized it could be worse….

Haha! You know, you do get to choose your own name, right? They just offer you choices of “available” names, probably there were already 470 kelis before you. Or it was just random, especially if your real name is Sam. I think you can change it??? and…really…password?? HA!

In Taoism they say that water is strongest. Here’s another water quote for you:
“Water is fluid, soft, and yielding. But water will wear away rock, which is rigid and cannot yield. As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard. This is another paradox: what is soft is strong.”
